Cobble Hill Heritage Dairy is a third generation family farm run by Joan Wilkinson and David Lestock-Kay. This beautiful, productive 73-acre certified organic dairy farm is as inspiring as its owners. Joan and David call themselves "sun farmers" and actively practice sustainability principles, including the impressive goal of one-cow-per-acre-of-grass!
